1. Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "i89bat", "we", and "our" refer to the i89bat online gaming platform (website: i89bat.cam). "User", "member", and "you" refer to any person who has registered or is using this platform.

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between i89bat and each user. This agreement is written in Bengali and applies to the Bangladesh market.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. i89bat will not be responsible for any transactions carried out by another person.

2.3 KYC Verification

We may at any time request a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method for identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if the required documents are not submitted.

3. Age and Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to use i89bat services, users must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• The platform may not be used from any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• The platform must be used entirely voluntarily and of one's own free will.
• Anyone on a self-exclusion list may not open an account.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at i89bat:

Deposited funds must come from an account belonging to the same person. Depositing using a third party's account or identity is prohibited. There are no additional charges on deposits, though the mobile financial service's own charges may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Normal withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawal requests are generally processed to the verified payment method on the account.

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing.
• If any bonus wagering requirement is incomplete at the time of withdrawal, the withdrawal may be temporarily held.
• In cases of suspicious activity, we may temporarily delay a withdrawal for review.
• Refunds of deposited funds will be made using the original payment method.

4.3 Currency

i89bat supports Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳) only. All transactions, balances, and bonuses will be displayed in BDT.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
• Bonuses apply to one account only. Bonuses will not be issued to multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or within the same household.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• We reserve the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected.
• i89bat reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The i89bat VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through continued active participation. VIP benefits are subject to bonus terms and conditions.

6. Betting Rules and Gaming Terms

6.1 Placing a Bet

Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account. Bet outcomes are determined by the i89bat system and are final in all cases.

6.2 Technical Errors

If an abnormal result occurs due to a system error, network issue, or any other technical reason, i89bat reserves the right to void that bet. Payouts made due to a published error (erroneous odds, incorrect lines) may be cancelled.

6.3 Game Providers

i89bat offers games from multiple reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game itself.

6.4 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket events. Cricket bet outcomes are determined based on the official announcements of the relevant sports governing body. If a match is abandoned or ends before the scheduled time, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on i89bat:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or claiming promotional benefits unfairly.
• Attempting to cheat or commit fraud in any game.
• Attempting to damage the system through hacking, phishing, or cyberattacks.
• Stealing or misusing other users' personal information.
• Making deposits with illegal funds or third-party funds.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Our Rights

i89bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.

• Failure to complete KYC verification or failure to submit documents.

8.2 Closure at User Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Any pending withdrawals should be completed before closure. If the account is reopened after closure, the same terms and conditions will apply.

9. Limitation of Liability
